Compassion as a Strategic Advantage at Work
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM ET

Did you know that individuals who are more compassionate are actually more successful at work? The same goes for teams and companies. But why does the concept still seem so foreign to some of us?
In this ExecuNet Master Class session led by Scott Shute, Head of Mindfulness and Compassion at LinkedIn, we'll dive into the simple but challenging practice of developing ourselves in order to lift and serve those around us.
Along the way, we'll explore how finding our own unique spark not only makes us happier and more productive, it's one of the most powerful things we can do to help others.
We can change work (and our world) from the inside out. Attend this session to learn how.
