The Leadership Approach You Need to Parent with Purpose, Fuel Your Career, and Create a Richer Life
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM ET

In this ExecuNet Master Class session, renowned organizational psychologist Stew Friedman outlines a robust, proven method that helps parents who lead gain a greater sense of purpose and control, so they can lead the lives they truly want – lives characterized by genuine relationships and positive impact.
Stew will introduce you to the principles in his bestselling Total Leadership, his popular leadership development program used by individuals and organizations worldwide, reimagined for the unique needs of working parents today.
You will learn about the “four-way win”— how to pursue improved performance in the different parts of life (at work, at home, in the community, and in the private realm of the self) by creating greater harmony among these different aspects—thus discarding the myth of “balance,” which implies the necessity of sacrifice in one part for success in others.
If you feel overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, and the rest of life, attend this remarkable session and learn how to take back control.
