About the Presenter:Paul Stefunek has a passion for growth. During his 25 years in executive search, he has helped drive transformational growth for global industry leaders, venture-backed startups and other companies by placing candidates across the C-Suite, Board of Directors and VP levels. Manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, food and facility services and technology are just a few of the industries in which he has deep expertise.
Paul has held senior-level positions with four executive recruiting firms, serving most recently as Managing Director for a global retained firm and, before that, as Partner for a search firm with more than 50 offices worldwide. He also co-founded a search firm and served as its Managing Partner and Global Internet & New Media Practice Leader, and he was Vice President & National Practice Leader for a search firm across 15 offices in the U.S. and London.
His additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales for one of the nation’s fastest-growing background screening companies, a position he held immediately before joining JBK, as well as five years in sales management, training and product management with Pitney Bowes and Automatic Data Processing.
Paul serves on the boards of two technology startups and has spoken at industry conferences and at Case Western University. He graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in marketing, with a concentration in management.
