A Candid Conversation for Women Executives in Transition with ExecuNet recruiting expert Stacie Haller

Thursday, June 4, 2026
1:00 PM - 1:45 PM ET

Let’s be honest: when you’re a woman at the executive level, the job search isn’t just about updating a resume. It’s about stepping back into a market that often expects you to re-prove your value, even after years of impact, leadership, and results—and doing it while trying to make sense of what’s changed (and what hasn’t) about how senior talent is seen and evaluated.

In this straight-talk Q&A, Stacie Haller will talk about the friction you’re feeling: the bias that’s rarely named, the challenge of being fully seen and recognized for the value you consistently create, and the strange choreography of “networking” when what you really want is genuine connection and trust.

Stacie has spent years inside the search process, and she’ll share what she’s actually seeing: why some doors stay closed no matter how strong the candidate—and how to find the ones that open toward roles that truly reflect the full scope of your leadership and the impact you’re here to make next.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a space to breathe, ask the real questions, and step out of guesswork.

You’ll leave with more than answers—you’ll leave with a renewed sense of possibility, a clearer path forward, and the confidence that your experience hasn’t peaked… it’s ready to be seen in a new way.
