Expert-led Online Q&A

Most job search advice isn’t built for you.

In fact, 97% of what’s published about job hunting simply doesn’t apply to the 3% of professionals at the top of the org chart.

At the executive level, this isn’t a volume game. It’s a value game.

Join ExecuNet career strategists Saundra Botts and Judith Vance for a candid, straight-talk Q&A focused exclusively on accelerating the senior-level search.

We’ll explore:

  • How to control and sharpen your executive narrative so recruiters and key stakeholders immediately recognize your value
  • Why precision role targeting outperforms broad outreach at this level
  • The essential elements of an effective executive search strategy
  • How to navigate age bias and other executive-specific challenges
  • Smart, strategic ways to leverage LinkedIn for visibility and credibility

You’ll walk away with an expert-based understanding of what actually works in today’s executive market, and how to move forward with greater speed, focus, and confidence.

If you’re ready to stop applying generic advice to a highly specialized search, this conversation is for you.

Saundra Botts is an ex-Headhunter turned executive candidate advocate that shares the behind-the-scenes truths on how executives really get their next job. Mrs. Botts has recruited through three recessions and as researched and documented why some people remain in demand, despite the economic climate, and others are not. In 2008, during an economic downturn, she noticed that Executives get hired for different reasons than the other 97% of the org chart and began to educate her executive clientele to get them working again quickly.

After working for the top search firm in Boston, WinterWyman Search, and running her own Retained Search Agency, Saundra decided to take the inside information acquired and use it to help executive professionals, most of whom are embarking of their first ever job search, understand the differences in job search strategy when you make over $200K annually to avoid wasting time, avoid exploiting valuable network connections, and land their ideal role.
