More senior executives are exploring franchise ownership than ever before as a way to create independence, strengthen financial security, and take greater control of their career trajectory — especially in uncertain times, when having a proven alternative matters more than ever.

On January 30 at 1:00 PM ET, join Gus Iurillo, Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source Network, for a free masterclass designed specifically for executives at your level.

You’ll explore:

  • The breadth of today’s franchise landscape far beyond food, spanning multiple industries and investment levels
  • Flexible ownership models including home-based or brick-and-mortar businesses, with or without employees
  • How to evaluate opportunities thoughtfully from day-to-day involvement to alignment with your personal and financial goals
  • New insights and data on how senior executives are using business ownership as a strategic career alternative — and when it does (and does not) make sense

This session is about understanding your options, whether you’re exploring ownership alongside your current role or considering a longer-term career transition.

The Entrepreneur’s Source Network, a valued ExecuNet partner, has guided thousands of executives through this process, helping them understand their options, clarify priorities, and move forward with confidence.

This is a practical, thoughtful conversation about building something of your own — in a way that fits your life, your experience, and your goals.
