Saundra Botts provides strategic guidance and coaching to help ExecuNet members land their next opportunity. This includes uncovering their unique personal value proposition and defining competitive differentiators to advance their careers. This also includes providing detailed feedback for improving a member’s personal marketing collateral—well beyond their résumé.
Saundra is an ex-Headhunter turned executive candidate advocate that shares the behind-the-scenes truths on how executives really get their next job. Mrs. Botts has recruited through three recessions and as researched and documented why some people remain in demand, despite the economic climate, and others are not. In 2008, during an economic downturn, she noticed that Executives get hired for different reasons than the other 97% of the org chart and began to educate her executive clientele to get them working again quickly.
After working for the top search firm in Boston, WinterWyman Search, and running her own Retained Search Agency, Saundra decided to take the inside information acquired and use it to help executive professionals, most of whom are embarking of their first ever job search, understand the differences in job search strategy when you make over $200K annually to avoid wasting time, avoid exploiting valuable network connections, and land their ideal role.

Kathleen Pringle provides strategic guidance and coaching to help ExecuNet members land their next opportunity. She provides detailed feedback for improving a member’s personal marketing collateral — well beyond their résumé, in addition to search strategy insight.
She has been effecting change and transition to accelerate career success for executives and ambitious professionals for over three decades as a business leader, career strategist, executive coach, facilitator, and speaker.
Kathleen has walked in her clients’ shoes with her own diverse experiences. She brings the earned credibility, strategic thinking, active listening, and personal warmth to support clients to connect personal achievement with business value and community impact.
In addition to ExecuNet, she is the founder and CEO of the Kathleen Pringle Group, Inc., where she works with executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals to elevate their leadership performance and effectively manage their career trajectories and legacies. Prior to this she spent nearly 20 years in executive search and professional recruitment with a expertise in finance and HR practice areas.
Kathleen is an honors graduate of Denison University and celebrated leader in her Upstate NY community for her many years of impact on mental wellness, women’s health, and children’s wellbeing. Her most recent community leadership role was as President of Rochester Rotary, the largest club in New York State.
