Time for Some Career Spring Cleaning

I write this despite having driven into work one day this week while it was snowing. Yes, it’s been a remarkably cold winter, but the calendar has turned to spring and my wife has already started assigning me my spring cleaning tasks.

Have you made your spring career and job search task list yet? My favorite time of year, with the return of the birds and the trees and flowers budding once again, and of course the warmth of the sunshine, the world just seems rife with new possibilities. We’re into the second quarter, so we have a start on the year, yet there is still plenty of time to adjust to currents of this year’s market.
