Why Does it Take a Crisis to Unlock Innovation?

If everything is innovative then surely nothing is?

Why is it that people and organizations accept incremental returns in business-normal circumstances but can unlock innovation at speed in a crisis?

What is it about business normal that holds us back from achieving more?

How can you build a sustainable and impactful culture of innovation in your organization?

These are some of the questions that are addressed in this ExecuNet Master Class session led by award-winning technology, innovation and creativity executive, Domhnaill Hernon. He also shares his perspective on the role of risk management, demand creation and cognitive diversity in enabling truly innovative cultures.

Here’s what some people who attended the class live had to say afterward:

  • “This was one of my favorite classes. THANK YOU for yet another awesome presentation/discussion.”
  • “Very knowledgeable and accomplished speaker. Packed a lot of content into a 45 minute presentation. Having been a part of and leading innovation teams, this presentation provided me a retrospective of both successful and unsuccessful projects.”
