Why Storytelling is the New Persuasion

We are a race of storytellers. It’s what we remember. It’s what we respond to. These days, in job search it’s vital to be able to tell your story, make the interviewers see in their minds, how you are going to make a difference for them. The job offers come to those who are able to effectively tell the right story. The right story cuts across different departments, different personalities, different ways of doing things and explains how things will be when they hire the storyteller.

Listen to ExecuNet Career Strategist Saundra Botts explain how important it is to view storytelling as your most important method of persuading hiring managers you’re the right person for the job.
