Updating your resume with each role since college just doesn’t set one apart at the executive level. Executive resumes need to weave a Value Story that one can trace throughout your career…and that can be heard when you’re speaking.

Additionally, at the executive level a resume isn’t enough. The Value Story found in the resume must be consistent throughout online profiles and networking materials such as the ValuGraphic. Executives get jobs significantly more often by means other than clicking “submit application” so they require a strategy the pulls in opportunities in addition to pushing into them.
