You’re an executive. AI can’t create a good and unique Value Story for executives. AI will be focused on the vast majority of people, which means people looking for transactional jobs. AI is helpful for a different audience when it comes to this.
Additionally, developing a unique Value Story takes time. There’s a lot of work that goes into it: many questions, reflection, drafts, and practice weaving stories only you can know into the narrative. Only you can do that, guided by an experienced senior-level coach.
