If you are an executive and your LinkedIn profile is not drawing offers to you, there is something about your profile that is not compelling. Everything you put on LinkedIn is essentially a mini job interview. Your About Section, the jobs you list, the skills you possess, the posts you make, and the comments you write elsewhere – it’s all working for you or against you.
Since you have complete control over your profile and the activity it generates, it’s on you to ensure LinkedIn is drawing opportunities your way. Recruiters are scouring LinkedIn for candidates who meet their criteria, but they only contact the ones at the very top of their search results.
