What’s the role of AI in job search?
It’s a tool. It can help a bit in a supportive role. It can even create a basic resume, one good for transactional-level positions.
What it cannot do is put together an executive-level job search strategy. Each person’s experiences and brand are unique. The Value Story that the executive carries from resume, online profiles, networking materials, and in-person conversations simply cannot be created by AI. Everyone’s Value Story is unique and needs to be treated that way.
