The modern day executive resume looks different and is structured in a very value-centric way. There are things in there that highlight the executive’s brand and the value they bring. It’s not a list of companies, numbers, and duties. The executive-level resume does not even look like the traditional manager-level resume. Most executives don’t even realize they are trying to get a job with a resume that isn’t formatted like what their top competition is using.
