Reciting your resume is not a successful interview strategy for executives.
At the executive level, recruiters want to hear about the impact you have on organizations you work for. Listing titles and duties you were responsible for is the content of the non-executive level interview. For the 3% at the top of the org chart, what matters is the candidate’s ability to articulate what they make happen, how they make it happen, evidence of impact, and why they have passion for what they do.
