Executives are confident that they are good at what they do, but that confidence does not keep many of them from suffering from imposter syndrome.

They know they did well in their past roles but doubt worms its way in regardless when they consider an interesting new role. It is really difficult to get past the fear that comes with the uncertainty of something new, even with past successes.
