No matter the economic climate, job search is challenging. For executives it’s tougher…it always is. Executives are looking for a position in the top 3% of the org chart. That makes for few positions and stiff competition.
The good news is companies always require good leaders, regardless of what is happening in the world at large. In fact, if there is talk of a recession, companies are even more in need of strong leadership.
According to former recruiter and current ExecuNet career strategist Stacie Haller, the key to finding a new role in any job market is to be great at differentiating yourself. Listen to Stacie explain in this short excerpt from a Recruiting Insider Q&A session.
