ExecuNet’s Tony Vlahos spoke with recruiter Ann Zaslow-Rethaber, President of International Search Consultants, about all things related to executive job search and he asked her how executives react when she suggests they get coaching.

“It’s the best money they could spend,” says Ann, but so many think that because they’ve interviewed for years they are also good at being interviewed. That’s so not true.
