When it comes to job search tools, AI is for the 95% of people who are not at the top of the org chart.
Executives can use AI for some help with tweaks and for a target list of organizations. But what it cannot do is develop a Value Story. AI pulls the general information from the material on the web. That’s all focused on the masses. That doesn’t meet the needs of job searchers at the executive level.
