When watching the news these days on cannot help but think that AI is going to replace…basically everyone.
That’s simply not true. AI is a fantastic tool, but AI doesn’t have your vision, leadership, or emotional intelligence. AI will not be replacing those at the upper levels of leadership. AI is great for crunching numbers but it’s not the whole package that a good executive is.
