How should you use AI in your job search?
This is a common concern for job seekers these days. The answer depends on one’s level. Executives need to use AI differently than the transactional level employee. Executives require well thought out branding which AI simply cannot do.
Longtime recruiter and executive career strategist Stacie Haller explained in a Q&A that AI certainly has its uses in an executive job search, primarily when it comes to researching companies to target and possible interview questions. But when it comes to the essence of an executive job search personal marketing collateral and branding, AI simply can’t highlight one’s unique value story.
