Leveraging her 30+ years of leadership experience in family-owned, early-stage entrepreneurial and corporate environments, she forges strong, long-term relationships with her clients and demonstrates her talent for understanding both the business and people issues her clients face.
A LinkedIn expert and recruiter, she helps in-transition executives to leverage LinkedIn and to effectively traverse the world of executive recruitment. Additionally, Pat facilitates ExecuNet networking meetings in Atlanta.

Patricia is the creator of the Write Sales SystemTM, a sales force productivity model which has been successfully implemented in a wide range of businesses including HealthNet, Administaff, Federated Investors and Fidelity Investments. In addition, she is the co-author of 101 Tools to Create Better Sales Using ACT.
Throughout her career, Patricia has distinguished herself by her ability to build businesses and teams. Before joining Sandhurst Group, Pat founded Sage Executive Search where she brought revolutionary changes to the executive search profession and created unique services that further distinguished her and her firm. Some of her clients include Quantum Technologies, Netlist, Everett Charles Technologies, Plasticolor, Inc, Fairmont Private Schools, Jacobs Center for Non-Profit Innovation (the work of the Joseph Jacobs Family Foundation) and Sicor Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Teva).
Patricia attended Our Lady of Elms College and is a graduate of the 2007 class of Leadership California, a network of accomplished women, dedicated to advancing the leadership role women play in impacting business, social and public policy. She served as the Vice President and President-Elect for the Foundation Fighting Blindness in Los Angeles and is a member of the Family Owned Business Round Table. Pat has served as a speaker, board member, and seminar instructor for numerous professional and community associations. These organizations include the Leadership America, Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, The Life Science Industry Council (LINC) of Orange County, the Children’s Hope Foundation, The Youth at Risk Organization, and the Women’s Center of Dallas.
