Mark is a results-focused executive coach and management consultant. His direct, pragmatic, highly-supportive approach is rooted in four decades of executive experience in leadership development, talent management, operations management and performance improvement.

Mark is known for his straight talk, keen insight and ability to help executives quickly get to the heart of issues, then respond with sound, workable solutions. He has served an array of Fortune 500 companies and other public, private, and not-for-profit organizations across industries including Chemical, Construction, Consumer Products, Consulting, Energy, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Military, Nuclear, Professional Services, Retail, Technology, Telecommunications and Transportation. In addition to ExecuNet, Mark is the Founder and Principal Consultant of BIG Consulting, a firm that helps organizations rapidly raise performance – then sustain results over time.

Mark has a BA in Psychology from East Carolina University; a Strategic Sales Leadership certificate from the University of Michigan, Graduate School of Business Administration; and a Human Resources Leadership certificate from the University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business.
