Leveraging her experience coaching leaders and executives in the private and public sectors, her expertise includes organizational and individual assessment, succession planning, executive and leadership development, competency assessment and development, employee engagement, strategy deployment and execution, process and continuous improvement, and change management. She has worked both within companies as well as consulted to organizations to align competency design and leadership development to achieve strategic initiatives.
Debbie brings a singular focus to helping executives identify their unique value-add and business impact. Her deep experience includes companies within pharmaceutical and biotech industries (Pfizer, Genentech and Amgen), financial services (AIG, UBS, American Express, and MassMutual Financial Services), consumer packaged goods (Elizabeth Arden, Nestle Foods, PepsiCo, and General Foods), and service providers (Stream Global Services, Deloitte & Touche and Bowne & Co.).
In addition to ExecuNet, Debbie is the Principal of a small boutique consulting company specializing in high potential leadership development.
Debbie is a certified facilitator of Business Acumen 101™, Clark Wilson 360° Feedback, Hay-McBer®ECI™, Myers-Briggs (MBTI®), HBDI™®, and is a COPC® Quality Coordinator. She earned a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from New York University. Her most recent role was Director of Global Leadership Development, responsible for mid- and executive-level development of several thousands of global leaders in 52 countries.
