Carla leverages 15+ years of experience in Executive Career Coaching and Résumé Writing to help ExecuNet members find and land their next assignment that will advance their career. She is passionate about helping executives uncover their true career aspirations and creating a strategic roadmap on how to achieve those objectives. This includes working with candidates to understand and market their unique value proposition and competitive differentiators in the marketplace. Her candidate assessments include candid feedback on members’ résumé, marketing material, and go-to-market search strategy.

Carla is a Certified Job Search Strategist (CJSS), Certified Personal Brand Strategist (Reach), Certified Professional Resume Writer, Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) and an expert in the FAVAR Method of LinkedIn® Profile Creation.

In addition to ExecuNet, Carla provides coaching and writing expertise to Inspire Careers, Inc., which provides coaching, assistance, and support to executives, career-minded professionals, and entrepreneurs in the US and abroad who are facing transitions in the workplace or in their personal lives. Carla holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from the University of Hartford, CT.
