Andrea Briscoe

As a Strategist for ExecuNet, Andrea partners with mid and senior level executives to increase their visibility and marketability in a crowded marketplace. Andrea has been supporting the strategic growth and career paths of executive leaders for over 15 years.

Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Diversity Specialist, Andrea Briscoe, brings deep and diverse set of skills from her work as a Human Capital VP and specialist in the areas of coaching, staffing, employee relations, training and development.

As a student of human behavior for nearly two decades, Andrea brings a unique perspective to her work in the areas of coaching, diversity and inclusion, and organizational change. She believes that we must infuse an inclusive perspective into the DNA of our workplaces and has helped many organizations to achieve optimal results. She feels that through both coaching and leadership facilitation we can build the bridge as we walk upon it, by creating new levels of awareness and positive change. As an adjunct professor, Andrea has helped managers at all levels bring a diversity lens to their work with teams and staff. Andrea’s basic coaching model incorporates strategy, communication and integrity. She brings these competencies to her work and creates pathways for her clients to hone these skills and behaviors for themselves. She brings in depth knowledge in the areas of diversity and harassment training and has broad experience coaching on the executive level.

Andrea has been both a corporate and nonprofit “human capital”, consultant for such firms as KPMG, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Guardian Insurance and Merrill Lynch. Her work includes: “O” Magazine, The White House Project, Essence Magazine’s Women Who Shape the World, The Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit, The Compton Foundation, The Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the Ascent Program at the Tuck School of Business.

Andrea received a BS in Mass Communication from Emerson College in Boston, Ma.; MS in Human Resource Management and O/D from the New School; and is a graduate of the CUNY Law School. She is a certified Executive Coach and a member of the ICF, ICA, SHRM, and the OD Network.
