In his current role, Don is a Strategist and Executive Coach in ExecuNet’s Career Strategy Group where he delivers personalized coaching to help address gaps in a member’s knowledge about their unique value, how best to attract and engage recruiters, dealing with AI during a job search and once interviewing begins, and how to win that critical competition. Don has provided additional strategic guidance for Members by conducting ExecuNet Master Classes and offering advice through featured blogs and articles and LinkedIn posts.
Prior to joining ExecuNet, Don was a highly successful and recognized entrepreneur and a C-level executive in both the public and private sectors. He has spent 17 years as the Founder and CEO of two different consulting, training, coaching and executive search firms. He was also the COO of three other consulting companies, an EVP of Sales, Undersecretary of Human Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a High School Principal.
Don has a BS degree in Business from SUNY Albany, earned his MS degree in Counseling from Hofstra University, and has an Advanced Leadership Certification from Harvard Business School.
