About the Facilitator:

Co-facilitators, Donna Korenich and Holly McIlwain bring professionalism, passion, and perseverance to the arena of Executive Network & Development through ExecuNet, and through their work with Winner Partners.

Donna Korenich, Human Resource/Career Management Consultant

Donna's Human Resource career began when she joined the Corporate Human Resource division of Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. Her Saks career encompassed direction of the college recruiting and college relations programs, executive training, management of the Executive Training Program, management of the corporate performance appraisal program and recruiting and career counseling for corporate executives. After moving with her family to Pittsburgh, she founded her own Human Resources consulting firm with projects including recruitment, customized training programs and interim professional assignments for numerous Pittsburgh-based corporations.

In the late 1990's, she joined Three Rivers Career Management as a consultant, becoming President and owner from 2004 to 2008. She is now an independently contracted consultant focusing on career management, outplacement and transition.

She is a past member of the governing boards of the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association and the Cranberry Area Chamber of Commerce where she co-created the Women in Business Program. Donna also serves as a mentor in the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business Entrepreneurial Fellows Program and continues to volunteer her time in the community to the Meals on Wheels and American Cancer Society initiatives.

Holly McIlwain, MS

Holly leads the Talent Development platform at Winner Partners. Holly is a subject-matter expert in the usage of behavior-based assessment tools as part of executive coaching and development plans, in addition to leading executive search engagements. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she works with individuals and organizations to build a better world and sustainable business.

As a member of WELD (Women for Economic and Leadership Development), and Robert Morris University’s Women in Leadership Mentoring Program, Holly gives time to helping other women advance their careers. Professionally, Holly functioned as a lead consultant in Organizational Management and Leadership Development for one of the largest non-profits in the world and spent 15 years in the non-profit sector. Recruiting and developing the talent pool for the non-profit sector soon led her to engage as a full-time consultant, and director of leadership development and talent acquisition for a local firm.

In her role as Talent Development Partner with Winner Partners, she is ready to expand her skills for developing these strengths even further, by engaging organizations through the people who lead them. You may have seen Holly on the McBride for Business Show, hosting lunchtime learning webinars, or heard her speaking in the region on the topics of leadership, behavior, and professional purpose.
