About the Facilitator:
Donna's Human Resource career began when she joined the Corporate Human Resource division of Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. Her Saks career encompassed direction of the college recruiting and college relations programs, executive training, management of the Executive Training Program, management of the corporate performance appraisal program and recruiting and career counseling for corporate executives. After moving with her family to Pittsburgh, she founded her own Human Resources consulting firm with projects including recruitment, customized training programs and interim professional assignments for numerous Pittsburgh-based corporations.
In the late 1990's, she joined Three Rivers Career Management as a consultant, becoming President and owner from 2004 to 2008. She is now an independent consultant focusing on career management and corporate Human Resource consulting. A current member and past member of the governing board of the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association, she is also a member of the Pittsburgh Consulting Community, the newly merged Cranberry / Northern Allegheny Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Women in Business Committee. Recently, she was selected as a mentor in the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business Entrepreneurial Fellows Program.
She is frequently a guest speaker on the dynamics of career management. In addition to co-facilitating the Pittsburgh Execunet networking meetings, Donna volunteers her time to Meals on Wheels and the American Cancer Society's "Reach for Recover" program.
Tina Winner serves as Executive Vice President for JobPlex, Inc., a DHR International Company, based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Tina joins JobPlex from Boyden World Corporation, where she co-led the creation of Boyden Interim Management, a temporary manager/executive-level contract labor practice. With experience in the fields of Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Supply Chain, she has executed all stages of the search process, from candidate identification and qualification to client collaboration to onboarding. This included specialization in the Industrial Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment (Construction/Mining), Financial/Professional Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences/Medical Devices, Distribution, Automotive, Aerospace, and Retail industries.
Concurrently, Ms. Winner built a nationwide database of over two thousand senior leaders in various competencies and developed numerous best-in-class resource tools for Boyden North America. Previously, Ms. Winner served as a Project Manager for Legend Financial Advisors, Inc. Legend is an investment advisory firm providing Wealth Advisory Services, Comprehensive Financial Planning and Investment Management to affluent and wealthy individuals, business entities and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Winner began her career in life sciences at Meridian Bio-Medical, Inc., a division of ALK-Abello A/S (Copenhagen: ALK-B), the world leader in allergy vaccination working within operations, customer service and then sales. Ms. Winner then advanced into training and sales roles with Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp-NYSE:LH) a pioneer in genomic testing and one of the world's largest clinical laboratories.
She is actively involved in community affairs. She serves as the co-facilitator for the Pittsburgh Chapter of ExecuNet and helped established and develop other local senior networking groups including POWER (Pittsburgh's Overachieving Women Escaping Reality).
