About the Facilitator:

Frederick E. (Rick) Taylor is President of Ratliff &Taylor, Inc. He is a proven professional in Human Resource Management, Executive Search, and Career Transition Services.

Rick's 25 plus years of experience working as a Vice President in Human Resources for such companies as KeyCorp, BP America, McDonald & Company and Ernst & Young, coupled with his experience as an outplacement and executive search consultant have provided Rick the ideal background to meet the needs of our clients. Rick specializes in Senior Executive searches including President/CEO, CFO/Controller, VP General Manager, VP Sales and Marketing, as well as Human Resource Executives.

In addition, Rick has devoted his personal life to assisting people in career transition. Rick is the founder of a national award winning Human Resource Networking Group, which is now a leading HR job website (HRJobNetwork.com). He has also served as Ohio State Council Director for SHRM and is currently Treasurer of the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society. Rick also serves as the leader/facilitator of 2 executive ExecuNet networking group assisting senior level executives seeking new employment opportunities.

Rick Taylor holds a B.S. in Business Management from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He also received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management.
