About the Facilitator:

Ed Samuel is a senior executive career coach for CCI Consulting. He has a strong career coaching background and conducts multiple workshops for CCI. In addition, he has deep recruiting/sourcing experience and led corporate recruiting efforts for a billion dollar division of a global manufacturing firm.

He began his career with DEC, where he spent 19 years in Accounting and Customer Support roles. He was also the General Manager of Corporate Customer Service for The Stride Rite Corp. Ed then garnered extensive international experience as the Global Director of Customer Administration with QAD, Inc. He was also a VP of Operations and a CFO for two distinct high tech venture firms. Prior to moving to career coaching and recruiting, Ed was a licensed (Series 7, 63) Financial Advisor for UBS Financial Services. Ed also founded his own private Career Coaching and Recruiting firm called SamNova, Inc.

He is often a guest speaker at networking forums in the greater Philadelphia area. He founded the Business Executive Networking Group's (BENG) Wilmington, DE chapter in 2011. Ed was the Eastern Region "New Recruiter of the Year in 2008" within the US Global Recruiters Network of 175+ offices. Ed also leads a non-profit foundation called Crown Financial Ministries Outreach in support of the greater PA and DE areas.

Ed is certified as a Career Direct and DISC: Personality I.D. Consultant. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration Wilmington University.

Robin will be speaking on ways to overcome the challenges of employment contracts and job offer negotiations. Robin will also field other questions pertaining to employment law. As veteran employment attorney, she has garnered national attention and is frequently on cable TV as a panelist or contributor. She is a dynamic speaker and communicator. Robin is also the author of "How to Negotiate a Killer Job Offer" and her book is available for purchase, $10 (cash only) after her talk.
