Laura Rittenhouse: The Importance of Candor

Laura Rittenhouse, CEO and Founder of Rittenhouse Rankings and the Candor Project, met with ExecuNet’s Anthony Vlahos to talk about the importance of candor in business today.

“Candor starts here (the heart) with a conscience decision to be in whatever you say or do as honest and authentic as you possibly can be,” said Rittenhouse. She says companies need to wake up to the power and potential of how their leadership can fundamentally grow how their using their language. “Companies that rank high in positive candor consistently out-perform those who don’t,” she declared.
