Job Market Looks Pretty Good

A look at our latest research: Executive recruiters indicate that their confidence remains high and recruiters remain bullish on the executive employment market through the end of the year.

Our exclusive Recruiter Confidence Index for June came in at 66% (anything over 50% is considered bullish) and just under the all-time highs of 70%. And, only 7% were not confident that the executive job market would remain positive. (See the trend chart below.)


Our exclusive Executive Job Creation Index also indicates that companies are adding new executive positions. Our index in June came in at +24.2 down slightly from +27.6 last month and well above the average of the last few years of +12 to +15.

Executive recruiters reported that almost 1 in 3 companies were adding executive positions in the next 6 months, which is extremely positive. (See chart below)
