The Integrity Advantage

Integrity is in the news quite a lot these days. Olympic doctors, movie executives, university sports programs, our presidential candidatures last year, it seems, sadly, there’s always another lapse in integrity to disappoint us.

The importance of integrity in the workplace cannot be understated. In the age of “get-r-done” and “show me the money,” integrity can be the first thing sacrificed.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

Anthony Vlahos, Host of ExecuNet Master Class spoke with Kelley Kosow, motivational speaker, master life coach, CEO of the Ford Institute, and author of The Integrity Advantage: Step into Your Truth, Love Your Life, and Claim Your Magnificence, about the importance of integrity. Kelley would like leaders to understand that integrity is a way of life, not a coat to be donned when it’s convenient. She advises looking at all the incontinent truths we’re hiding behind because they aren’t in alignment with who we want to be, who we should be, and who we could be. Everyone, especially our leaders must own all of who they are, live in alignment with their deepest truths and grandest desires.

Listen to Kelley speak about how important living with integrity, personally and professionally, is for individual and business health.
