split-red-heartAlmost half of today’s executives say their heart is not into their current job. According to an ExecuNet survey, only 57 percent of employed executives say they would apply for their current job today (60 percent of men and 50 percent of women). No growth potential, not enough challenge and a lack of confidence in their management team are some of the major reasons for their change of heart.
