This is a great, GREAT webinar recording. If you have been looking for a new career opportunity…you MUST take the time to listen to Patricia’s presentation. I have been using Linkedin for 18 months and no one told me about some of these MUST Do’s. The most powerful takeaway was that Recruiters/Hiring Managers will not even look at Profiles that have no Recommendations…ergo, Good People Know Good People!
