Most, if not all, ExecuNet members have faced their share of challenges during their job search, and Bob Corn is no exception. As he continues to navigate through the job search process, he’s noted many trends. One, he says, is an absence of inorganic growth in company. “We don’t know how to address inorganic growth,” Corn says.
Corn, a senior business sales consultant, says he has had some very positive job interviews, during which he had connections and felt he had qualifications to make him a finalist. Instead, he has been told by recruiters that the interviewing organization “was going in another direction and hiring an internal candidate.”
