The Vice President of Human Resources will report directly to the CEO and set priorities, identify challenges and propose strategies that align the mission of the organization and strategic plan goals with the recruitment, retention, development, engagement and advancement of top talent.
This newly created executive level leader will provide the vision and leadership for all HR functions and design and implement an overarching talent management strategy for the agency and affiliates with a staff of 17 professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred), 5 or more years’ experience managing within a complex HR service environment and 8 or more years of people management experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership skills, team development, strategic thinking and execution.
