Don’t Be a Man About It: Anthony Vlahos on Mindfulness and Music’s Impact on Mental Health

Stories help us become who we want to become. But men traditionally have a difficult time sharing their own stories, uncomfortable with expressing their vulnerabilities. However, it’s these vulnerabilities that makes us more than just our titles.

ExecuNet’s CMO and Chief Storyteller Anthony Vlahos was a guest on the Don’t Be a Man About It podcast hosted by mindfulness coach Rahaf Kobeissi. During the podcast they talked about Anthony’s experiences working with senior-level executives and the benefits of Mindfulness on our mental health, especially for men, and how music connects people to one another.
