The You in Value Coaching helps you to uncover and define your unique Value Proposition. It’s then integrated into your résumé, other personal marketing collateral and, if you choose, "Your Value Conversation." This coaching precedes the creation of your résumé.

Your Value Conversation

Having an impactful written Value Proposition is critical to be invited in for an interview. Being able to fluently articulate your Value Proposition is crucial, when when speaking with an interviewer. In this three-session coaching module, you will:
  • Work with your coach by listening to and critiquing a draft version of "Your Value Conversation"
  • Refine this draft and present it back to your coach (in both a long and short version)
  • Practice by flexibly using parts of these materials in simulated networking/interviewing sessions
