Turn Interview Into Offers
During this session, you'll learn how to open the interview and present your elevator speech, balance listening vs. speaking, answer questions concisely, decide what open-ended questions to ask, use your new personal marketing materials, close the interview, and express your interest in the opportunity.
Maximize Your Deal
This module is focused on negotiating and closing a specific offer. You'll develop options, strategies and tactics for handling counteroffers, identifying and negotiating additional benefits, determining compensation flexibility, capturing non-compensation factors, and using third parties to help close the deal.
