The Art of Creative Mindfulness in Leadership

There can be different modes of living: an automatic/mindless way of living where one is mostly subjected to default mode network, or a mindful and proactive way of living where one is actively noticing new things.

This ExecuNet Master Class session led by Dr. Sayyed Mohsen Fatemi will explicate how mindfulness gives rise to vivacity, creativity, and liveliness. The talk will present different types of mindfulness and their underlying components and will explore how an increase of mindfulness facilitates the process of well-being, enhanced performance, creative leadership and effective problem solving.

In discussing the benefits of mindfulness, Dr, Fatemi will elaborate on how mindfulness strengthens one’s approach towards the demands of daily life and work.
