Amazon’s Executive Org Chart Just Leaked… Here it is

amazon-logoIt provides a rare and fascinating insight into Jeff Bezos’ top team.

There’s a remarkable amount of stability, with unusually-low turnover. Not surprising. Success begets success… when headhunters call this list, they hear “not interested.”

Unfortunately, only 4 out of 48 executives in Amazon’s consumer-facing business are women. They’ve got a long way to go in finding parity.

Women 2.0 recently re-published my article The Way to Hire More Rockstar Women. I included four specific ways to improve your company’s gender-ratio.

So, here is Amazon’s current org chart. (Most of them have LinkedIn profiles if you’re interested in seeing their bios.)
