1 in 5 Retirees are Considering Rejoining the Workforce

stacy-fox-news2Stacie Haller, an ExecuNet Career Strategist, appeared on Action News 5 to talk about a recent survey which revealed 1 in 5 retirees are considering going back to work. Stacie shared that she’s had conversations with many retirees who are looking to return to the workforce, and they are excited at the thought.

For some, the reasons for returning are financial; others miss working and the collaboration and are looking to return to the workforce on their own terms in the right situation. “I have been speaking with a lot of CEOs in the last few weeks, and they are just bored. They are not ready to get out of the game,” she said. “There’s no retirement age anymore.”
