Because we are a membership organization made up of senior executives and professionals, the approach to writing an effective job description for our membership will be different from a "typical" internet job ad. To hit your target audience, we provide suggestions for content that should be included in your job submission.
RecruitSmart members have access to tips and guidelines for writing an effective job spec, as well as sample job descriptions to use when building a new spec.

ExecuNet's Job Posting Guidelines
- ExecuNet does not discriminate against race, gender, religion, color or creed and will not post illegal remarks or remarks that may be interpreted as being discriminatory to our members.
- ExecuNet will post commission-only positions if the average performer is expected to earn at least $100K, and it is clearly stated in the job description.
- Positions with base salaries less than $75K, but with total compensation packages in excess of $100K, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Executive-level nonprofit or volunteer positions will be considered for posting on a case-by-case basis.
- ExecuNet will post positions requiring an investment if it is clearly stated in the description and if the dollar amount of the investment required is also included.
- ExecuNet will not post multi-level marketing positions.
- ExecuNet will not post positions from organizations that charge a fee to our members to pursue an opportunity.
- Since we are a networking organization of paying members, we do not encourage members to share job posting information with non-members.
- ExecuNet reserves the right to edit, remove or refuse to post a position at any time.
