If you are posting a job on ExecuNet for the first time, we have an online form you can fill out to submit your job listing online. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*). Fill out all required fields and click on the "submit" button at the bottom. If you have posted a job with us before and have your Username and Password, just log in and you will not have to resubmit your contact information, just information on the new job.
We strive to give our members quick access to new positions and give recruiters a focused response. Therefore, positions are usually listed only once, and remain on our website for 45 days unless you request to remove them sooner.
How do you ensure my confidentiality in posting a position?
The name of your firm or your client will NEVER be revealed unless YOU CHOOSE to reveal it. You can list positions with ExecuNet in a variety of confidential ways. In the most confidential way of posting, your name or firm name are not shown at all, and candidates send their responses to us. We then pass them along to you, ensuring you total confidentiality.
What kind of response can I expect?
Recruiters tell us that they are very pleased with the consistently high-quality candidates they attract through ExecuNet. We do not broadly advertise for members, so the vast majority of our members come to us through referrals from other members and from recruiters. This results in an elite membership of highly skilled executives.
Listing very specific job requirements can help assure that you get the targeted response you want. It is also helpful to include at least a compensation range. We will work with you on the most appropriate way to post your job listing.
