We believe that our members benefit directly from the information they gain through sharing approaches, connections and through each member's unique and valuable experience. Imagine the value of hearing the story of an executive that was in your job category, your age group, and was in a similar point in his or her career. Learning from their experience would certainly be a key aspect of your own career management process.
We break down how members share info in the following ways:
Key Learnings
In every issue of our newsletters we include "key learnings" that are passed on by members through our Member Exchange Program. This is one way that members help other members and keep them abreast of what's working in the marketplace. In this way our members do not have to "re-create the wheel" but can work from a blueprint of member experiences.
Job Leads
Many members, whether actively in search or employed, come across job leads which are not right for them, but they would like to share with the network. Employed members often list positions their companies are trying to fill, whether it be to build their own team or for the company in general.
Recommendations
In every issue of our newsletters and on our website we include recommendations on resources. These are member-tested and the "Best of the Best".
Recruiters
Members recommend corporate and executive recruiters they come in contact with to the Network. Over the years almost every recruiter has come to us because a member took the time to tell them about our service and of its value.
New Members
Members refer new members. This keeps the quality of our membership high and makes it a valuable networking resource. You'll meet the "best" and the "brightest". You connect with other members who can help you. You'll gain valuable insights from other members, all of which are senior level executives just like you.
