We are interested in an assertive and flexible individual that is proactive in communications and able to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company to serve as a Senior Director, HR Business Partner with a broad Human Resources background. If you are an "A" player, a rising star with 15 years of broad experience in Human Resource Management with a demonstrated track record of success in a fast paced, high tech work environment, this job is your next step.

• Works closely with executives at multiple sites to provide strategic direction on business group initiatives including talent management, coaching, employee relations, staffing, talent and performance management, training and employee engagement.
• In this role, you will work closely with the senior management team to provide HR leadership, anticipate employee and organizational issues, make recommendations and implement solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key employees. The scope of responsibility will be both tactical and strategic.
• Manage HR generalists at multiple sites.
• Provide leadership in compensation and total rewards strategies for the global Group workforce.
• Participate in creating staffing plans and in the selection of key new hires/internal transfers/promotions. Reviews and approves offers.
• Lead succession planning efforts for the Group(s).
• Actively participates in corporate HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management and development, M&A, special projects.
• Train, educate and disseminate information to appropriate levels within the organization

Requirements:

• A BS degree in a related field plus a minimum of 15+ years of progressive responsibility in HR management experience, with solid international experience.
• Global HR management understanding and experience desired.
• MUST have worked for a high growth, high tech companies such as Intel, Cisco, Marvell, 3Com, Texas Instruments, Motorola, Infineon.
• Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, both domestic and internationally, approximately 20%.
• The position requires effective and multilevel communication skills and demonstrated ability to solve complex problems quickly and creatively.
• An HR strategist willing to handle tactical HR projects as necessary.
• Must have proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated track record in managing and developing a diversified team of HR professionals
• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and liaise between line management and corporate organizations
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts.
• A high level of maturity to independently manage multiple ongoing HR issues and complex employee related matters.
• Possess sophistication in training and developing employees and creating succession plans.
